4 Ways To Find Your Passion For Blogging Again

There are often times, especially recently when I’ve just not felt inspired to write anything on my blog. Between being busy with other projects and having health issues, it can be hard to find anything to write about on this blog. I know a lot of bloggers often fall out of love with their blogs and give up blogging all together.

Here are 5 ways of finding your passion for your blog again.

  1. Slow down and don’t lose sight of things. When you’re spreading through life it can often be easy to lose sight of why you started blogging in the first place. Slow down, remember what inspired you to first start blogging in the first place. What inspired you to start you blog? Why did you want to start a blog?
  2. Let go of unrealistic expectations. When you start blogging, you’re told what expectations to have and that you have to follow a certain set of rules, such as you must blog everyday or every week to be successful, writing really long posts. Let go of any expectations. What works for one blogger may not work for another. Write what you want when you want to write it. Don’;t let yourself be guided by someone else’s expectations.
  3. Believe in yourself. Many bloggers – me included – often struggle with self belief and wonder who would even want to read their blog. Believe in yourself and believe that if you’ve got something to say someone out there will want to read it.
  4. Just start writing. This may seem obvious but the best way to find your passion for blogging again is just to sit down and start writing. You don’t have to even write on your bog, you could sit down and just use good old fashioned pen and paper. Just start writing and see where it takes you. I’ve come up with some of my best ideads that way.

How did you find your passion for blogging again?
